“If they awarded Idiot of the Year prizes, he'd sweep the whole category.”

If love had a price, it would come out to $15,000 and a kiss. Kris hires Nate to help her break up her dad and his fiancĂŠ. Nate agrees and thinks it’ll be fun trying to melt Kris’s icy heart just for funsies.

This romance had a wild plot twist. Was it necessary for the romance aspect? Absolutely not. Was it fun drama? Yes!

Kris and Nate’s backstories mirror each other in some ways. I liked seeing how that made them similar but also different. Absolutely love some of the gray area of ethics/morals that Kris and Nate dance with when attempting to break up Kris’s dad and fiancĂŠ. Nate has several moments of being super possessive - which is always fun in a book (but not IRL).

Kris and Nate have a lot of baggage that they unpack together. I really appreciate the whole icy but only melts for one person thing and this book does that fairly well. Nate becomes Kris’s safe place and getting to see a different side of Kris compared to the previous books in the series was fun.

BY FAR THE BEST OF THE ENTIRE “If Love” SERIES!! I would’ve loved more from this book, maybe 60-80 more pages however with the intention of this series being “easy reads” and “palette refreshers” I can’t get enough of Nate and Kris. I also loved reading some moments that involved the main characters of the previous two books; it’s like their story didn’t have to end.

this book is a perfect example of why I keep coming back for more of Ana Huang's books! Like I feel like I got everything figured out as I ride out the 3rd act and bam... Like I didn't see that coming. Which is welcomed because most of the story is predictable and that's fine because it's enjoyable.

This one was so cute!! Probably my favourite in the series so far❤️. I enjoyed the romance, as well as the depth behind both mc’s back stories! The cast of side characters was a lot of fun in this one too

Denial sucks and knowing that your undeniably in denial sucks to these two was a back and forth thing that I honestly feel tired of
