This was an enjoyable conclusion to the series and perhaps my second favorite of the four. The revelations weren't shocking, but well presented for the audience this is geared toward. The friend group is fun and I particularly enjoy Ollie and Izzie.

The story got a little too sappy at times, but again, for its intended audience, I think that can be a good thing. It has good messages about forgiveness - both for yourself and others. An enjoyable conclusion to the series.

The audiobook was narrated by Ali Stroker (with Neil Patrick Harris appearing for the magic trick portions throughout) and I enjoyed her performance.

It's incredible to realize the difference between the first book in this series and this one. It's definitely a natural progression, but the intensity is so much higher and it makes the book so much better.

There are so many twists in this final adventure, most of them perfect, and the paranoia just keeps building... honestly reading this book is an experience.

It's also emotionally fulfilling, especially the ending

This was a sweet series. It was full of magically twists and turns. I loved that the book revealed, most of its secrets. However, like a true magician it allows for you to have some imagination. I loved the series it was a great middle grade read. Full of adventure and magical twists and turns. I loved the diversity of the cast of characters. This book focused on Ridley, who happens to be in a wheelchair. I loved that she used the chair as a tool to help her grow and learn. This was great series.

A solid finish to the series! Didn’t love all the twists but the characters made much more sense in this one and I loved Ridley’s point of view. Would definitely recommend this series to kids who are full of wonder and magic. I would’ve loved to read this at 11 or 12.

So the finale is here. This one concentrates on Ridley, the most impatient, impulsive girl in the team. She is on the wheelchair, but that never hindered her in any ways.

Story revolves around Ridley where she is confronted with a set of clues which are leading towards Kalagan, the villain. But The magic misfits have decided to stay out of limelight and are not meeting up in front of the public. And Ridley who couldn't hold more, meets her old friends and start working on clues. Even though it starts getting dangerous, Ridley doesn't agree to go to Vernon's. We see her battling her own fears of loosing her family, friends and her own turmoils to keep her mouth in check itself is a tedious work for her.

This was a satisfying conclusion for the series where all the pieces come fit together with a back story of "The Emerald Ring" (Dante & Kalagan's childhood group). All's well that Ends well.

Happy Reading!!
