"Podręcznik" zawierający najistotniejsze zasady dobrego postępowania z innymi ludźmi. Łatwiej jednak się to czyta niż podręcznik. Uczy szczerości, doceniania innych i zachowywania spokoju. Ponadczasowe lekcje zapisane w sposób sprzyjający ich zapamiętaniu - autor nie szczędził miejsca na powtarzanie najważniejszych kwestii.
Do tej książki mam zamiar wracać ponownie w przyszłości, naprawdę chciałbym pamiętać wszystkie porady które zostały w niej przedstawione, i się do nich stosować.

The world must be full of Sociopaths for this book to have been so helpful for so many people. If you're a human with empathy, this book is pointless.
Kind of a ridiculous book. There are one or two good notes, like pointing out how people often offer rewards they themselves would enjoy without considering the other party.
But besides that, it's absurd: there's a serious anti-intellectual bent combined with crazy culture (offering suggestions of what to do at "the club"). Science and studies cited are loose, with guesstimated statistics. Although the observations about human nature - brutal realism of people as plastic, self-centered, and fragile creatures - are usually valid, their portrayal here make the follower of directions act without allowing people to rise above these expectations.

I was recommended this book in a professional development class and I’m so glad I took the time to read it. There were quite a few takeaways that I hope to hone in on and develop different skills and tactics. I really enjoyed the life stories that accompanied each lesson. A must read for all leadership classes.
