Russell is a big fat whiny baby and I’m so sorry ur family made you insecure but ur supposed to be a grown ass man and ur acting like a teenager. Abby is cute I like her but her friends suck and they have shitty names. honey and Roxy???? I did not read the first 2 books in the series so maybe I would have a diff opinion abt them but after this book I will not be reading the other ones. So sad I love Tessa bailey but like this just did not hit. For such a short book I am embarrassed by how long it took me to finish. It sat on my desk for 3 weeks and I only picked it back up bc I was flying home from school and wanted to leave it back at home and stop looking at it so I finished it on my flight.

I loved Russell and Abby’s story so much and it was a great finale to the series. I found their romance sweet and sexy but I found myself annoyed by Russell a lot as he was his own worst enemy. He showed a lot of character development in the end but it was a frustrating journey!
Loved Tessa’s romance as always and would recommend!

As always with a Tessa Bailey book, hints of misogyny were sprinkled in. But I love a man down bad for a girl he would crawl. He was so protective over her well being it was cute and they had the angst of poor boy x rich girl where he has the need to provide for her that’s good. They def had me feeling emotions so it bypasses the sexism unfortunately

it feels so wrong giving my girl tessa 2 stars but this one was just … not it. I love a bit of possessiveness but this bordered on toxic and unhealthy. so much pointless back and forth too. the entire final third of the book was just a blur. the spicy scenes were still pretty good though so that’s why it gets 2 stars lmao i know this was originally published in 2015 which explains a lot but anyway we move on!!

I think this may have been my favourite of the series, the chemistry and love being evident between Abby and Russell and how their relationship came to be was such a good read!

Knowing the love Russel had for Abby all through the past two books and finally getting to see it come together was brilliant.

The dynamic between these Characters was so interesting, they are so perfectly suited and definitely my fave couple of the "super group".

These books are so "rom-com", the style they're written and how quickly you can get through them is just so good, you just don't want to put them down.

Such a good series!
