This book was exactly what I needed to pull me out of a reading slump. The banter was great and the characters and story were well written. Left me with all the warm fuzzies.

It was a bit hard getting in to this book tbh. I don’t know what it was, maybe because I never read something from this author.. idk. But after like 100 pages I was completely engrossed in this book. I love small town romances with my whole heart, I can read them everyday for the rest of my life!!!
This was also a bit enemies to lovers and grumpy x sunshine. Which were both done quite well in this story in my opinion. I just love this little small town and the Whales family
