After reading this book, I understand why they didn't make a movie of it. While I really enjoyed it, it reminded me a little too much of the previous two. Even when he gets to the shocking twist, I wasn't as surprised as I was with the others... Don't get me wrong, still exciting, especially at certain points when some of the characters were looking death in the face.
I always will recommend Dan Brown to people. He is certainly one of my favorite authors. The Langdon series is so in depth, I will never find a book of his boring.

I gave this a three, just because it is so much like the others that I didn't have the shock factor anymore.

the complete novel is breath taking and it becomes difficult to decide the best moment. the account of noetic science to the multiple revelations, the thrill never subsides. a must read for Dan Brown or Robert Langdon fans...

definitely did not see that coming

Entertaining, but it's the same Dan Brown recipe, as all the books.
But I can see that a great deal of research was made in order for this book to be written.

As with all Dan Brown books, this is a book written at a cracking pace, with cardboard characters and paper-thin plot, but that doesn't really matter as the ride is such fun.

Just started this one. It inspired quite a battle of opinions between my facebook friends so I can't wait to see which side I fall on!

Well -- I didn't love it but I didn't COMPLETELY hate it either. I went into it kind of like I'd go into a summer blockbuster movie: expecting to be entertained but not have to use my brain too much. I think that's about what I got.

I found it pretty repetitive and pretty annoying (enough with the Ancient Mysteries already) but the puzzles were fun and I was surprised by some things that happened.

But for a piece of fluff, it was just fine. I think Dan Brown needs to find something less religious and mystical to write about next. And he needs to lighten up on the physical descriptions. He has tatoos, we know, stop telling me!

Twists and turns, mystery that kept me wanting to guess what would happen next. Could have ended about 40pages sooner when the docking part happened, the wrapped up dulled out the ending for me.

Awesome book! I had fallen in love with everything he has written, and this was no different! Loved every second of it. It is hard to believe that the over hundred chapters happen so fast!

Horrible terrible book.
