This novel was prescribed for my English module but I absolutely enjoyed it. I loved the writing style, the way in which the story was relayed. How the main character's way of thinking grows and changes throughout the novel. The way it addresses issues of colonialism through the experiences of the main character and other characters. Truly it was a wonderful read
