This book was chock full of action. Each of the three druids find themselves embroiled in situations they must fight their way out of .
Owen continues to grow on me. Granuiele is steadily becoming someone I don't care for and Atticus is breaking my heart. Everything that goes wrong is laid on his doorstep. He is plunged from one manipulative pile of poop to another with little time to strategize or try to find another way to act.
I did love finding out why being Nigel in Toronto is a bad idea and Oberon's planned book about meat.
Although this book ends with them in a peaceful place, I know that it won't last long. I have a terrible feeling that Atticus is going to take the brunt of the coming storm and he is going to be abandoned by the other two in the end. I just hope he still has Oberon.

A fantastic addition to the series, and I am finally feeling the new POV chapters for Granuaile and Owen. I'm still sad I don't get more Atticus, and am more sad to realize that there is only one more book in this series.

The story, as usual, is good, and it's interesting to have three different points of view. I'm a bit worried that this series is heading the way Dresden went - bigger and badder big bads, darker and darker story lines. I'm pretty confident that Hearne won't do that, but there's a quiet voice that's starting to whisper.

C'mon, Luke Daniels, do you *really* think Canadians sound like that?? I'm disappointed. I swear, we're not all hosers.
