I really love how the author describes his world building throughout the book, though the start of the world building of this book gave me so many question marks but he somehow has the talent to slot in just enough information when you need it and when you can absorb it such that it doesn’t get too overwhelming. The ability to switch between the characters in multiple places whilst not feeling awkward is also very well done.
This is one of the books where I really liked all the characters and there’s so much character development. I am so excited to know more about Szeth and what exactly is happening but wow Jasnah’s revelation at the end, Kaladin’s growth as a person and all the other characters are so interesting. Who exactly is Wit?
It’s like there was so much happening and at the same time so much more that hasn’t been explained. Are those just grandmother stories or are there some truths in what is being said etc
