A very sweet and steamy story, vaguely centered around the holidays. Saul and Levi are such a fun couple, and you could really watch the trust between them bloom into something beautiful for both of them.

Just like is said in the book, the amount of Christmas stories compared to Hanukkah ones is vast so I have only read a couple. Dear Daddy, Please Want Me has Saul and Levi who are Jewish to varying degrees and its such a sweet and enjoyable story to fall into. There is a tiny bit of talk about some of the history and the way it brings the characters together is really heartwarming as you can just imagine how the two men are.
Levi is just the cutest Boy, so excitable and wanting to make others happy that Saul can't help but find him endearing from the moment he steps into the interview. Saul is caring and really in need of that someone to share his life with what with the huge changes he's going through but he never would have imagined it would be a colleague, or at least not until meeting Levi, anyway. From the first interact, there are sparks and a connection that builds between boss and employee but flourishes once they grab the chance to become so much more to each other. That's when the relationship really comes into its own and shows how perfectly matched they are for each other.
This is a great slow burn romance with two very different people who, it turns out, want the same from life and love, that perfect person to share it with. Definitely a recommended read and a wonderful addition to the series.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

I wanted to get into this one, it sounded different and interesting. Unfortunately I just couldn't stick with it. DNF at 21%.

From the day Levi had his first interview with Saul both men are smitten with the other. The two may be attracted to one another but they keep it at bay until one fateful day when Saul needs Levi’s help. Just what will happen if they give in to their attraction and will it last?

I enjoyed Levi and Saul’s story. The two have lots to work through but both are willing to learn and try. It was nice to see way the two connected and interacted with each other. They are always willing to share and to understand. Saul and Levi are good together and each is a balm to the other and what they have gone through. Their story is hot and sexy, and it is full of love and acceptance making it a sweet and endearing read.

Eh, this was not my favorite by this author, but there's always something soothing about their books.

I really enjoyed the dynamic and communication between Saul & Levi. I did find that it dragged a bit a times but overall the relationship itself was sweet. Let's ignore the fact that they watched Call Me By Your Name and said it was "beautiful and touching" yeah No but besides that I enjoyed this one.

-Daddy/boy kink (no age play), trans male, 2 Jewish main characters.

Reread December 2021

Have I talked about how much I love Reese Morrison lately? Do y'all understand? Their books are just so comforting for me and joyfully queer and they bring me a lot of happiness. This book in particular is set during the holiday season and it has two gay Jewish MCs who work at a kinky dating app and have to fix a bug in the app during the week of Christmas. Saul is a trans gay man and he owns the company. He is dominant and figuring out what it means to be a daddy especially when one of his employees, Levi, sets up and shows so just how badly he wants him to be his daddy. This book is a daddy / boy dynamic with no age play. It has a couple explicit sex scenes, a few conversations about body dysphoria from Saul, and a lot of conversations about what it's like to be Jewish in a Christmas dominated society. This is own voices Jewish and trans rep.

Once again my expectations were surpassed!
If you are looking for something to introduce you to kinky stories softly but still make you blush, look no further.
I loved this office romance that surprised me not only with how sweet it was but also with how much I liked seeing queer people in their thirties finally living as freely as they want for the first time in their lives and being loved and supported by everyone around them.
I especially loved these characters and I'm so happy for that extra Christy/Nikhil chapter and so hopeful that maybe will become a full-length novel (fingers crossed) :)
Thank you to the author for this DRC.
