I feel like the slow burn could have been slower and the change on rivalry mulled over more but it was pretty cute!

Love these characters and this story! Rivals to lovers with found family. Also more emotional in spaces that I was initially expecting, which was nice. And the absolute fluffiness of the epilogue, adorable!

(If I'm rating the audio book, would be knocked down to 4/4.5. There were two different narrators (which usually I appreciate) who had wildly different reading paces, kept having to change the speed every chapter so they were consistent.)

Pacing was a bit off, left me feeling a little confused in the middle and not wanting to read for a bit. The ending tied things up nicely though. Not quite the 5 star read I wanted but it was good.

AHHHHHHH! This was the cutest thing ever. The definition of fluff! I enjoyed every single thing about this book.

Sage and Noah welcome to the client list. The way they were rivals who STILL respected the work of each other. They never really talked down about each others, definitely teasing and getting defensive but they both knew the talent the other had.

I love how for Sage, experiencing falling in love with Noah made her realize it was okay to let people in, that’s she could also depend on other instead of always being the one over depend on.

For Noah, through Sage she started to have more confidence within herself, and her talent. It was beautiful.

I loved their dynamic, how they always lifted each other up and how the hard topics were addressed. A very beautiful story, any less than 5 stars would be doing this story a disservice

THE EPILOGUE??!?! Can you say soulmates ???

I fell in love right along with the characters. With tears, I finished the last pages of this book, inspiring to carry it into my own romantic life.
