Amazing! You know how they say, save the best for last? Well, in this case it is very true!
I have been waiting for Brynlee's book since book one and was so excited to finally get her book! I loved all the tropes. Single dad, secret romance, and marriage of convenience to name a few! Love them!
And Brynlee's leading man? Whew...Deacon. He is such a good man. A great father to his daughter, Kennedy, and determined in his career as a young Pro-hockey coach.
Brynlee and Deacon cross paths due to her being one of his team's PT and sparks fly when they meet.
It's so good. I loved the banter, their chemistry, love that I saw coming off the pages. I did get teary towards the end.
I am sad this series is ending though but, excited to see what Bella has planned next!

Thank you for the ARC.
This book was so enjoyable. The plot was perfect, Brynlee and Deacon were brilliant main characters. I loved the development of their relationship, which was amazing. The way that interacted with each other was perfect. The chemistry between them was so evident, and it only built as they spent more time together. Deacon was such a strong character who had an instant connection to Brynlee, who was such a determined female character, who had a softer side, and was also hiding her true feelings for Deacon. The book concludes the Playing to Win Series.

Bella Matthews does it again. Such a cute book for the final installment of the playing to win series. The “secret thoughts” and group texts are always my favorite in all her writing. I mean who isn’t rolling laughing at least 4 times. Brynnie and Deacon are so cute together. “My wife” I die every time. Loved their dynamic. Absolutely wished the book was 100 more pages because I loved it so much.
If you read the author’s books you know this book continues the legacy of The Kings of Kroyden Hills Family. This is Brynlee’s story and it continued the camaraderie and funny banner between cousins which was so heartwarming. It is also a sweet and heart touching story where two old friends, Brynlee and Deacon, meet up after ten years. It may have years but they have super hot chemistry between them that was off the charts.
Brynlee is such a strong fierceness woman that has confidence in herself, goes after what she wants and protects those she loves with her whole heart. I laughed at Brynlee and Deacon’s playfulness and their naughty banner. Then there was a moment I had a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes. This story actually covers all emotions. What a phenomenal story!

Wow, this final book of the series it was so good. It was sweet and steamy. Can we talk about the banter between the characters. Loved. I read this book in less than 24 hours. I loved getting to know Brynlee on a deeper level. I just loved a single dad.
One thing I wished that it was little longer I feel like it went too fast.
