the actual story gets sooooo truncated its almost comedic, but the moments and characters it chooses to expand on add a great deal of depth in their own right. it's pretty remarkable, all things considered

I really enjoyed the story and art of this manga.

This graphic novel is basically an illustrated bullet list of the major events/plot points of the N64 game of the same name. I imagine this wouldn't be a very interesting read if you haven't played through the game but considering that I have and it's one of my all-time favorite games I loved this retelling! In the game-- the main character, Link, is mostly mute. I loved being able to hear Link's "voice" and personality in this story and get to learn more about who he is as a character.

Perfect.
fast-paced

I enjoyed it, but I felt like a bunch of stuff was missing. Like some of the mystery of the dungeons, the puzzle-solving and general dungeon-delving.
But I understand that this was a product of its time, and its not like puzzle-solving and dungeon-delvng would be as interesting to read about as it was to do it in the original video game.

Accurate to the game and great art! I loved reading this!
