I ADORED this. Dex is a grumpy single dad to two hilarious and sweet girls. They move into a new townhouse and Winnie (Mack’s daughter from Irresistible) lives next door. Winnie falls hard and fast for guys and she’s one a yearlong “break” from love. Dex has no desire to get married or have more kids but he can’t deny his attraction to Winnie.

They begin a neighbors with benefits situation and we all know how that plays out. They are really sweet with each other and perfectly balance out one another. I loved everything about this.

so romantic and fun

Very nice lighthearted read for when you want to just indulge in a nice romantic book but not get emotionally damaged from it.

I AM OBSESSED. I loved all of the characters and I’m a sucker for a single dad romance. Perfection. 10/10.

“I know you could find someone better for you. But you won’t find someone who loves you more. Or wants to be with you the way I do.” [ 4.5* ]

This book had no right to make me cry at 2 am. Ignite is an age-gap romance part of the Cloverleigh Farms series. I haven't read the previous books, but each can be read as a standalone. Although if I were to go back in time I would have read them in order, because there are so many characters and I feel like I was missing out on some inside jokes.

This book follows the story of Winnie and Dex. Winnie is a love junkie and has sworn off men for a year to fix her addiction to falling in love. But her plan gets pretty much thrown away when she meets Dex. He is a single dad of two of the most adorable little girls and has that grumpy personality you can't help but love.

Overall, this is a romance that you won't want to miss. There is a decent amount of spicy scenes as well as those swoon-worthy moments.

I was really hoping to like this more, but something about the writing style feeling a bit under developed was what really effected by score. I could see myself listening to this audio again in the future and giving it a higher rating.

rounded up to 4 stars but closer to 3.5!

Hallie and Luna CARRIED this book honestly... this was cute though!
