2.5 ⭐️ Cute grumpy/sunshine and age gap trope couple that happen to live next to each other. Single dad that is a firefighter and ex SEAL. At times I thought it was filled with a lot of filler stuff, but the message was cute.

I am in my single dad romance era.

Winnie and Dex were cute but Hals and lune made the book a 10.

4.5 ⭐️ Love me some Melanie Harlow

I first read Ignite on Kindle as soon as it was released. I did a reread with the audiobook and I absolutely loved it

Cute, fun, and sexy grumpy/sunshine story. I've never been a super fan of the single dad trope, but I loved Dex and his daughters. Winnie is a great character, too. The chemistry was super hot. My one complaint, if it could even be considered a complaint, is that I'd have liked more firefighter-y stuff with Dex. When he's working, he's pretty much just working out with Justin. I was hoping for just one sooty hero scene. But even without it, the book is a great read. I recommend.
