Although a few stories may be cliché, there are some stories which can really help teenagers with overcoming the struggles. I especially liked: I Try to Remember; Desiderata and To Track Down My Dream (from which is following quote):

...strength and courage aren't always measured in medals and victories. They are measured in the struggles we overcome. The strongest people are not always the people who win, but the people who don't give up when they lose. ...

Another collection of short stories, this time dealing with dilemmas of teenage life. Topics on relationships, friendships, parents, drugs, etc. I related to nearly everything.

Everyone's had to have read atleast one Chicken soup book in their life. Don't think I got much out of this one though.
