This book is so good. I love the manageable ideas of establishing new habits presented here!! In particular, I 'vibe' with 1% better, don't skip twice, and a goal is about who you want to be paired with steps to make that true. I also liked how broad the examples were: everything from athletes to comedy to people to wants to read more at home. I would say if you struggle a lot with mental health or other barriers for forming habits, there is a gap here. BUT to me, it seems there are many small ways to take steps to healthy habits and it was super interesting to read such an indept analysis of how to form habits!

It took me a few weeks to digest all this book and because of that I could test out some of the theories in real time....they work.

I listened to the audiobook and the author did an excellent job sharing his findings in that way!!
