Not terribly well written but super twisted with short chapters. Easy to reading during quarantine times

4.25 Stars. I really liked it. It kept me intrigued the entire way through to the epilogue. I'm not obsessed with how it ended but I'm also not mad about it.

I listened on Audible and finished it in a day and a half. I couldn't shut it off and when I did I kept wanting to know what was going to happen next.

There were a few points in the book where I wasn't sure who I could trust, but not in an annoying, gaslighty way like some books. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes suspense.

Such a thrilling page turner!!

Really enjoyed the story - a pretty unique plot, a little slow at times but really picked up in the second half. The third person/passive voice for the psychiatrist’s chapters drove me absolutely insane though, painful to read at times.
mysterious medium-paced

(audio) pretty good! some good reveals, some were a bit more predictable. I liked the alternating POVs. was just a little too long I think

i had fun with this! sometimes the nerves from Jess felt a little overkill while other plot points were just not developed well at all imo? But honestly i looked past it and enjoyed reading this especially cause i never read from this genre

It was okay. A bit over hyped... Not as twisted as others claimed.

3.5 stars. Twisted suspense thriller. Kept me entertained on a beach day
