I loved this book. It’s not too much information overload and it’s full of sass and snark. Hadley is awesome. The guys make you want to love and hate them at the same time but you just end up loving them.

Woah... I haven't had a book consume me, have me laughing, shocked, annoyed, and wtf moments all around like this one has in a while! Hadley and the "Princes" of Pacific Prep completely consumed me with this book. If you were/are a fan of the Kings of Quarantine books - you need to read this, trust me you'll be as obsessed as I am. As soon as I started reading this I felt those same addictive vibes, but with an elitest twist where mysteries & secrets are literally around every corner. Every time you think you've figured where this story is going Rachel throws you for another loop.

From the very beginning you get how deeply ingrained the "us, you, and them" mentality is in these students. For a high school bully romance, there's elements of mysterious & dangerous things at play that makes you forget all about the classes. I just know the next one will kick this up a notch. After a bombshell dropped before the book was even over I knew the actual ending would be crazy, and

I am ready for book two. I haven’t read a good old fashion high school bully in a while and this was perfect. It had the drama, the angst, the emotion, and a lot of twists and turns. I basically read this in one sitting because I had to know what happen next.

I love that there are still a ton of mysteries, more than the book started with. I have so many questions about the backgrounds of the characters, what’s going on within their world and just what’s going to happen next.

This was a very well written book. Can’t wait for book 2!

Seriously loved it

I was just looking for a book with a heroine who has a tragic/traumatic backstory when I stumbled on this on, and I can say it was everything I needed.

While a lot of the fMC’s past is still a mystery, you get enough hints to start to piece it together. I love how she’s strong, while also obviously being quite broken.

I really like the guys, although the whole deal with their parents is a bit vague but you do get more information while the story goes on.

The only ‘bad’ thing I found, was that the fMC’s intentions during like the first half of the book were revealed in the second part, while you read most chapters in her POV. I get wanting to keep the mystery, but I feel like that’s hard to do while writing in 1st POV, and for me all those revelations felt a bit like an afterthought and should’ve been more integrated in Hadley’s thoughts. Now it feels a little bit like the author decided halfway through to change Hadley’s intentions. Despite that, I absolutely loved the book!!

This was such an intense story, it’s full of so much angst, secrets, twists and lies, and plenty of chemistry and snark.
Hadley is such a total badass, but she’s definitely hiding things.
The “Princes” all have their own flaws and secrets as well.
You’ll be engaged and salivating over every morsel of unearthed information, but the ending will leave you with more questions than answers.
Just who is Hadley Parker? And what is she doing at PAC Prep?

I could not put this book down! I literally started this book around 7ish and that was a huge mistake because I stayed up until I finished it because I just had to know what happened next! So before you pick this up make sure you definitely plan accordingly. I loved all the characters and the plot really was fast paced but really well thought out and I loved every minute reading it! I can't wait for book two.
