It’s been a while since I read YA, and even longer than that since I read horror. I really enjoyed this book but after sitting on it for a while, I’ve decided a big reason for that was the audiobook. The narrator was so good! There were a couple of plot points that were underwhelming and underdeveloped (what and who was that ghost that Annie met?) I also think a chance was missed to develop the side characters more (other than Sam).
