I liked that book even more than the other two! Isla and Josh are a couple radiant of color, love and emotion!
"It doesn't matter. I'm with you. I'm happy to be anywhere with you"
"Brushing our teeth at the same sink. Do adults realize how lucky they are? Or do they forget that these small moments are actually small miracles? I don't want to ever forget"
OMG! There are no words to describe this book other than PERFECT. This is just what I needed and was the perfect ending. I'm going to be re reading this series very soon. Out of all the three books this one was my favorite. 1) Isla 2) Anna 3) Lola.
Stephanie Perkins has one of the best writings I've read so far. It flows so easily and it can make me smile, gasp or cry in a matter of seconds. I cried in this book like I've never cried before. Isla's insecurities are so relatable and when she broke up with josh I was heartbroken. (Pg. 299 ouch)
My only critique for this book is the insta love which is very unrealistic still i think it adds to the story line. Overall there are no words to describe this book. I cried I laugh I smile I was angry everything. I want to talk about this book forever! The trip to Barcelona, the comic, the proposal

This book makes you want to be a teenager in love in Paris so bad. The settings are magical and the characters are sweet and nostalgic in the best way.
This was absolutely adorable and I think it's my favorite Stephanie Perkins so far!!! I loved it so much and it was just so cute and I highly recommend it!
I inhaled this Stephanie Perkins book in 2 days (as I usually do) and was not disappointed. She does an AMAZING job writing about romance and all the passion and fear that comes with every relationship. Highly recommend!
This one was too insta-love-y/cheesy for me. Some really nice moments, but, ultimately, a weak story arc that really suffers in comparison with the first two titles in this trio of books.
I enjoyed this book a lot more than I expected. After reading Lola I didn’t have much hope for this book, but I was surely surprised. In Anna and the French Kiss, I really never thought much of Josh. If anything I found him to be a bit unnecessary (although assumed he would be back in later books, especially after the foreshadowing of him and Isla in the first book). In this book though, I fell head over heels for his personality. He is so passionate about everything, especially Isla. I also liked Isla a lot more than Lola, maybe even more than Anna. I related with Anna the most, but I think Isla might be my favorite of the three lead girls. She is the complete opposite of Josh and just seems to be floating along in fear (not necessarily fear, but it’s the best word I could come up with to sum her feelings up) of the future and I loved that about her.
More than anything I found this book to be the perfect ending to this trilogy. It felt like it stood enough on its own from the first two books, but brought all the characters together perfectly at the end, unlike in Lola where I felt like Anna and St. Clair’s constant presence was a bit suffocating. This book brought a new light to these familiar characters and tied everything up nicely at the end (no matter how cliché it actually was, I enjoyed it).
Overall, I really enjoyed all three of these books (yes, even Lola). They all had things I loved about them and a few things I would have tweaked, but regardless I would still recommend them. Stephanie Perkins’ writing is enough to get you hooked, let alone her wonderful characters who feel like you’ve known your whole life. I’m so glad that I finally read all three of these books after such a long time! If you haven’t yet (I don’t know why you’d be reading this if you haven’t) please pick up this series! Anna draws you in, Lola brings the crazy, and Isla is the perfect fairytale ending to wrap it all up with one big happily ever after for everyone. (I’ll let myself out after that awful pun ;) )

I cried. This was the book I could empathize the least with, because I've never fallen in love at all and can't imagine that whirlwind of feeling, but I quite liked it, to be honest. It felt sweet and reached deep, not in a particularly philosophical way but just with that young intensity that overwhelms. A lovely read.
Well, I guess this is the 3rd in a series, but I had no problems reading it as a stand-alone. Cute, feel good book about older teen love story. It has a happy ending, which is nice sometimes!
"Hopeless romantic Isla has had a crush on introspective cartoonist Josh since their first year at the School of America in Paris. And after a chance encounter in Manhattan over the summer, romance might be closer than Isla imagined. But as they begin their senior year back in France, Isla and Josh are forced to confront the challenges every young couple must face, including family drama, uncertainty about their college futures, and the very real possibility of being apart."

This is the first YA contemporary book that I've read in a while that made a lot of sense. The characters' actions made a lot of sense, the pacing and setting really added to the story, and the ending just worked. This is the best of the trilogy in my opinion.
