It genuinely broke my heart to rate a Lynn Painter book this low, but it just wasn't good. I hated Sophie's personality SO much, and Max wasn't much of a step up either. I seriously can't even think of one redeemable quality of this book. 1/5... I still love LP, but I'd skip this one if I were you.

spice 1,5-2? If I can't remember, did the book have spice imidiately after listening it, that should tell something...
It was cute and entertaining.
The elder roommates was a good twist.
Slight grumpy x sunshine, she was the grump.
Wedding crashing.

it was cute & fun for sure but the beginning was definitely more exciting as the ending just felt a bit boring & repetitive & nothing too special.. but overall it was a fun cute read! definitely loved their chemistry esp at the beginning
