Like Greenglass House, this was a delightful cozy mystery with some lovely twists at the end that I did not anticipate. It was nice to meet some new characters and also see some old favorites!

Highly recommended to fans of Greenglass House - but definitely read them in order. A bit slower to start than the first one, but ultimately satisfying. I love the expanding world of Nagspeake (and the homage to The Dark is Rising).

A darn good sequel. While I didn't have quite the connection/emotional reaction to this one as I did the first, it's still pretty delightful.
