The beginning was a little hard for me to get through, but the rest of it I didn’t want it to end! Everything got so much better and deeper into the characters. Jess really grew on me. The dynamic of their relationship is so evenly balanced. Every character gets a chance to work through their trauma a little and it is so sweet that they go through it all together.

Time for the second book. I absolutely loved the first book it was one of my 5 star reads last year hopefully this one is just as good.

I would’ve liked a little more action plot in the beginning of the book compared to character focused plot, but overall such a great read! I love the character development. While this book didn’t necessarily check my boxes for kinks, it showed me new things and new perspectives. If you’re looking for a fun, sexy, emotional read, this book is for you!
