Okay I devoured this duology! I really enjoyed them as a fun spicy bully romance. I ate up the characters and the plot. I forewarn this is a lot of spice and is why chose. Me personally I could not say no. It was really good and I do recommend to those who like a dark bully romance!

First, This story changed by brain chemistry.
Secondly, what a beautiful love story. To be able to love not one but multiple partners at the same time differently and yet the same. Found family bound by truly unconditional love. If the world was filled with more families like Vincent's... we would be in a better loving, accepting place. 💜 btw its also filthy with spice. 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Oh and who would have a thought that a date in a closet would be romantic and the sweetest thing ever. 🥰🥰

“Because you were my glimpse of heaven from hell,” he said. “You were the sun in my sky, and now you’re like a comet sent to earth. A wildfire I can touch… kiss… hold…”

This book is genuinely just part 2. It feels more cohesive because i had already read the first part.

Solid why choose romance with high spice level. Would have a hard time reccomending it because lots of triggers but I think for most dark romance readers it would feel light and fluffy.

Vincent Volkov, Lucas Bent, Jason Roth, Manson Reed, Jessica Martin.
What a bunch of lovable losers! I enjoyed reading the development of each guy’s relationship with Jess, and also with each other. Harley Laroux really told a polyamorous story masterfully. The story wouldn’t have as much emotional impact if the relationships weren’t developed right. The band of rejects and misfits found each other and became family. They bettered themselves for each other. They defended their own from attacks from others. It was fun to see how protective they were of Jess and each other. I loved Vincent’s parents and family, how they loved each one of the boys and then Jess. It was great to see Jessica’s parents finally come around towards the end. I was nervous about Manson’s dad Reagan but it turned out ok, they handled him. This story is memorable and kind of put the run-of-the-mill polyamorous stories to shame.

If I thought the last Losers book was a sex fueled fever dream, this one takes the cake.

Look… I read it. I didn’t hate it. But let’s be honest, the plot was sooo thin. This story was basically just sex, sex and more sex (and crazy things that I really did not want to ever think about
like when Jess wanted Lucas to pee on her…
).

The thing that bothered me the most about this one was that
she made such a big deal about Manson’s father and Alex/ Nate from the beginning of the first one, but they seemed like an after thought crammed into the end of this one. It just didn’t make any sense…
