I read this a couple of months ago and am only just getting to review it now. There are some EXQUISITELY BEAUTIFUL lines in this and now I want to see it performed. It's a bit slow to get going (or maybe it just took me a while to get used to reading a script rather than prose) but once I got into it, I had to read the whole thing in one sitting. The characters are awful and wonderful! So much story is packed into one room and almost no action! Inez has my entire heart! I went into it feeling sceptical, as I'd never heard anything about Sartre before other than that he's hard to understand, but regardless of if I understood all of it, I came away FEELING THINGS.
