Maybe I need to round up to 5? The creativity of this series never stopped surprising me. Every book made me care so much about so many characters. There was a little filler in this installment, some plots that were over and done with rather quickly. But at just over halfway, I couldn't put it down. My heart was literally pounding from the action, stakes, and the knife's edge that every character was walking along. I stayed up very late finishing it. I had to know how this ended and I'm very satisfied.
Amie and Jay love messing with people's emotions. I swear I squealed when Aidian came back on only to save his Queen. Oh and the forsaken parachute, I was wondering why they kept teasing Nick about it.
Amazing finale to one of my all-time favourite series.
