2.75 stars. This book was just okay for me. I had high hopes because it sounded interesting. There were parts that I felt could have been left out to make it shorter. The writing was immersive so I did enjoy that aspect of it as well as the mystery of what was actually going on.

This was a good young adult horror book, but it doesn't quite translate into an adult mystery--which is my genre. The layout and build up pulled me in, but could not keep my interest--- the middle was just too long. Even still, if you enjoy horror this one may be perfect for you.
