this was actually such a nice murder mystery story, with a bit of old age/life wisdom involved. I had a great narrator, so that made it really enjoyable. it definitely wasn't one of those mysteries were you could actually figure it yourself but it was a good journey to be taken on

I really loved this book! The characters were so compassionately written and so real! I laughed out loud, I gasped, my heart broke, and I told anyone who would listen what was happening in the plot at that point. 

I don't often like mystery books, but I enjoyed this one. It was light hearted enough for me, a raging empath, to read before bed. And the women were actually three dimensional characters: a welcome change in crime fiction.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants an upbeat mystery, or someone who wants to dive back into reading again.
