This is an interesting book with MMF romance. While I usually adore anything by Katee Robert this one didn’t hit as well as I hoped.
The relationship between the two MMCs feels like it exists for convenience/it’s hot rather than real feeling. The prince and bodyguard seems like a perfect story. The political aspects are wonderful and interesting.
The FMC is used as a pro in some places as a way for the MMCs relationship to be complete. I will definitely read the next in the series to make sure I wasn’t just in a weird mood when I read it.
The spice is perfection but of course it is Katee never fails in that department!!!
