I enjoyed the story once I got to the end, but a decent amount of it felt rushed and left too many loose ends that I think would come forward before they do.

I was more prepared for the twist, although there are some ways she throws you off the scent. Skipped over the lesbian stuff, but no hate. Some other things that I’m not totally into, but she makes it work.

Guilty Pleasures was genuinely a pleasure to read. It's one of my favourite TPE books and as usual, Kitty Thomas did a fantastic job of convincing me that I'd be perfectly happy in the hands of one of her Masters. I don't know ho she does it but she gets into my head and manages to project all my dark fantasies.

I love the other books set in the pleasure house world but I'm so glad I read this one first.

it was okay. the 'twist' was obvious by about 1/4 way through. I didn't like the FMC at all. she was weak and pathetic and never grew a back bone.
