Je to zajímavý, ale strašně zmatený. Dost často nešlo rozlišit, o které ze 3 žen a o jakém časovém období se zrovna mluví.

When I first starting reading this book, I jumped straight to the review on here tossed what was said. And for the most part I was agreeing. After seeing the film this seemed quite disappointing and I was starting to think that whoever read this and produced such an amazing til deserved a medal.
But then I stopped myself and told myself to stop comparing it to the film. To read it in its own right. This wasn't just a story of NASA and the one challenge, it was trying to encompass a lot of history in very few pages. And once I did that I learnt so much about black women and their input into things we take for granted, including air traffic. Some very important research is mentioned in the book that isn't even touched upon in the film. And I thought it was amazing!
To truly appreciate this piece of literature you have to disconnect and dissociate from the movie.
