Love a Jane Austen book in the summer and Persuasion fit that whole perfectly.

Having read Pride and Prejudice and Emma (my favorite) previously, Persuasion surprised me in many respects. As always Austen is a master of crafting situations and characters, and while not as humorous as others still was deeply funny at times.
