Fun HGTV critique plus their usual nuanced characters. Last 1/3 could have been a bit more developed, but the storyline is always interesting.
3.5⭐️ I loooooove every Christina Lauren book I’ve read this far, but this one didn’t hook my attention as much as the others. The characters were all amazing & the plot was fun, so really I have no complaints other than it’s not a book I’m going to reach for again.
This was a no for me. It was far too predictable and even so it fell short. I didn't appreciate at all the way the story flowed and it didn't feel like I genuinely got to understand the characters the way I wanted to. I have liked some of the author's previous books so this was a bit of a disappointment.
