DNF @ 57%.

The dialogue after a while just seemed too repetitive and icky and idek how to explain it besides “bruh”

Wow, I devoured this book! I was hooked from the start. Give Me a Reason is an emotional, single-dad (who you love to hate), and enemies to lovers journey. Eden is the wholesome teacher and trying to help her dad out of their current predicament. She takes a job as a waitress at a bar on the other side of town that really isn't Eden, but who's to say it isn't besides Eden. And that person would be Trent. Trent has a dark past and lives for his son. He ends up being Eden's boss, but soon finds out his son is in her class and the two constantly hash it out. The chemistry between the two is hard to ignore, but both ignore it and fate has other ideas. Eden and Trent are constantly dancing around each other until the past meets the present and they are thrown together. Eden and Trent takes us on one crazy, emotional, edge of your seat ride that constantly has twists and turns in the road you won't see coming. Definitely read Give Me a Reason and see what happens between Eden and Trent, most likely you won't see most of it coming and when it's over, you will be dying for more!

I have been thinking about listening to this audiobook for a while, but I had a few other books ahead of this series that I wanted to get through first. I am glad I finally decided to listen to it.

The book in general was interesting and I did not want to stop listening to it when I had to do my normal daily activities. I loved Eden and Trent. Despite being so different they also worked so well for one another.

The audio of this was also really good! Connor Crais and Desiree Ketchum were interesting to listen to.
