I thought this book was mind blowing!! This was my first read by TL Swan and I loved it!! The chemistry between Rick and Olivia was the bomb! This book was one of my top 10 reads this year. I loved it so hard!!

Olivia is too soft and forgiving while Enrico is cold and shut off he wasn't always like this until a tragedy happened in his life ,there romance is very steamy and hot. Your gonna hate the book love the book at some point it's mafia related so if your into that then this is the book for you

This book is Godfather meets romance and was so much fun to read. The story itself sucks you in, and the love story unfolding was just as captivating. I loved every minute!

Loved the book but disappointed in how quickly the ending was thrown together. It feels like the author was bored with the story and decided to cut it short and tie it up instead of giving it the descriptive ending it deserved.

Some parts of this book were so good including the smut. But at moments I was begging to be put out of my misery. So much unnecessary detail and drama that makes this book so freaking long.

DNF @ 68% but skimmed to the end— I really wanted to like this but I couldn’t deal. It’s nearly 600 pages and all they do is fuck and argue and fuck and argue. I swear it’s the same scene every single time. They’re on again/off again, the male mc is an ass, the female mc is a pushover, and there are virtually no likable side characters. My brain cells are dying.

I equal parts loved and hated the FMC. She was feisty and strong willed - until she wasn’t?
The FMC was dominant and possessive in a hot way… but also in. completely asshole way.
I can’t decide if I loved the story or hated it.
I did have a pretty fun time reading it though, hence the 3.5⭐️ rating!
