I'm still reading, re-reading, and navigating this one. This is just part of life-long work for me and this book has been a blessing during that journey. Not always easy, and don't force it if you aren't ready or just need the time to sit with a part at a time (I know I do!)

The content of this book deserves 5 stars, the writing, editing and formatting 2 stars. If you have any questions about cPTSD though pick this book up. The content is worth it and is a great stepping stone in anyone's healing journey.

Really informative and provides helpful ways with dealing with different effects of cptsd. I just finished going through the whole book and I will definitely go back to certain chapters when I need them.

Was personally a hard read as I faced revelations in each chapter but it was so worth it in the end. Pace yourself and take down notes of information that resonates.
