I did not vibe with the beginning of this book at all. I didn’t really feel any chemistry between them before the spice started. It got better, but I still didn’t love Chloe? It ended up being pretty emotional and I LOVED Will Perry. But I wish I could’ve gotten more glimpses of them as a couple instead of him fighting his feelings until the very end

Single dad romance AND a hockey romance? Sign me up! This book was so adorable and Ava is the cutest kid ever. This book follows single dad Will Perry who is trying to navigate a having a 5-year-old all while being a professional hockey player. Will struggles with keeping a competent nanny to watch over his little girl Ava. Chloe Knott is Ava's kindergarten teacher who had to bring Ava to will after her new nanny didn't show up. Long story short, Chloe now looks after Ava. With close proximity and sexual tension in the air, both will and Chloe have to resist to protect Ava, but what happens when they can't anymore? This book was so cute, heartbreaking, and everything in between. The two were such opposites, that they were truly perfect for each other! This book was everything and I definitely recommend it!
