Wren and Torj have my heart but struggling through them figuring it out can be a challenge. Just love each other ffs

Loved the first book because it had the perfect amount of romance to fantasy. However in this one the romance overshadowed the plot and the world building could have been expanded on even more in my opinion. Could have had a little more yearning and separation between Torj and Wren to build a little more character development. Still have hope the final book will dig into more alchemy and politics.
