Really enjoyed this book and especially liked the mostly low-stakes and low-drama of it all since poor Meegan has had nothing but drama in all of the other books she's been a secondary character in. Olin is absolutely perfect for her, and I am so glad she got her happy ending. My only gripe is that the ending felt a tad rushed.
Meegan decides she doesn't need to go to The Club anymore, but in the epilogue that abruptly changed? I don't have a problem with her changing her mind, but it just felt weird for her growth to mean that she didn't want/need The Club anymore and then change that to her growth meant having a healthy relationship with The Club. That's a big step to me and I would have liked to see that happen.
It didn't ruin the book, but I knocked off 1/2 a star for that.

Less spicy than I was expecting and more on emotions and feelings.  No third act breakup which is always a plus!

very bdsm heavy but I’m very glad there was no third act break up. Olin was down horrendously from jump

I really wanted to like this book more. Unfortunately, I think I am in a place where I need more from the character development and quality of the writing. Our male lead felt quite stagnant for most of the book and our female lead was a little generic, personality wise.

Finally our girl Meegan gets the partner of her dreams!!! The communication in the book was exceptional. I was clapping on and off throughout the book because Meegan and Olin respect the hell out of each other and really love one another. This book was HOT.

potentially a soft dnf?? there are way too many characters from other books that aren’t from this series? I just feel lost and their story is not that intriguing to continue
