Good sequel, ripped through in a day, nice character and relationship development following the disastrous cliffhanger of the first book.

This book was way more intriguing than the first one, which is also why I finished it so quickly. But I have to say that I'm lowkey dissapointed, because I am not loving this series as much as I thought I would. It's giving ACOTAR, but instead of Beauty and a Beast it's a retelling of Cinderella, messier and I don't feel too attached to any of the characters.
