This is the best book I've ever read.

It was word vomit, semi-coherent with religious overtones and a lot of judgement.

Spiritual voodoo, no wonder the author dislikes atheists, they are difficult to dupe. Read the autobiographical note at the end of the book first to know what you are about to get into. The author thinks he is a jew age messiah sent to this world to relieve the untold suffering of its miserable inhabitants. Energies come out of his chest and flow to where needs healing. Voodoo crap. There are good portions to this book where he keeps his voodooism locked up.

I just couldn't get into the book. It felt a little too out there for me and the author seemed to just be rambling on about things that didn't really benefit what I was looking for.

The only thing I can let go off is this book.
DNFed..

Quite different from the rest of DRH's work. While surrender itself is Lester Levenson's releasing, currently best known as Sedona Method, the Doc puts so different a spin on it that the origin of the technique is just a side remark.

I read this book at the recommendation of my therapist as I worked through my feelings about various events in my life. Letting Go by David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD, taught me how thoughts are driven by feelings, and vice-versa, and that controlling your emotional responses to experiences reduces anxiety and suffering.

For more of my thoughts on this book, see Letting Go.
