The book is short answers to questions about peace in the world. I don't feel that it lends itself to being rated by me.

A quick read but very interesting. The Dalai Lama has a lot of good things to say right now.

This is the first book I’ve read by the Dalai Lama, but having read it I plan to seek out more. He speaks with the light of love and truth, as he presses us to empathise with another. Rather than focusing deeply on any particular issues, he speaks broadly about what it means to be human. He wants us to forgive those who have harmed us, to love our enemies, to love ourselves, and to have hope. I was charmed by hearing how much he likes to laugh and how warm and kind his presence is. He seems the sort of person anyone would feel blessed to share the company of.
