A quick read, not overly well written but an entertaining plot line.

murder mystery in Miami

This is pure vacation read: far-fetched plots, impossible scenarios, basic romance characters. Great for the beach or on a plane.

Like the Stephanie Plum novels, Metro Girl is a light-hearted fun read. Filled with mystery, adventure, and hot guys, no girl can go wrong when looking fun. Metro Girl doesn't quite live up to the Stephanie Plum standard, but Evanovich's depiction of Miami hits home. Great, quick read.

yuck, janet.

This was fast-paced, entertaining and funny. The trouble with it is - it's not a Stephanie Plum novel.

Janet Evanovich has given herself a lot to live up to with the Stephanie Plum novels, and this isn't quite in the same league.

It's a fast and smooth read, with good characters, but it's just not as good as her SP books.

Fun story, good quick read. Wasn't as engaged by the characters as I am by the ones in the Stephanie Plum stories, but a good distraction.
