It somehow managed to keep moving despite feeling like nothing was happening. It wasn’t boring, but it was uneventful. I kept wondering when the plot was going to really pick up. FMC was bland, MMC was tortured, relationship was codependent. I have a feeling that once I move on I’ll completely forget what this book was about.

Completely underrated urban fantasy. I am reading the series now. I am currently in the middle of book 3. Here’s my non spoiler review. Kayla Edwards, where the hell have you been all my life?! This series is absolutely incredible. Dare I say, 5 star masterpiece
