Rich white family woes but that aside, this kept me hooked. The library took it back when I was 75% of the way through and a DNF wasn't even an option.

Really liked the support group and how they all handled grief differently.

Tough to read (/listen to) at times as it is about a parent's nightmare, but then also steamy at times too.

Well written and narration was good.

This was so good!!! I didn’t expect that ending at all!!!! It was unfortunately in 3rd person which I hate. It honestly didn’t bother me too much until about half way through. Once other perspectives came into play it was hard to keep up. I def think this would’ve been better as a multi pov.

After reading “Things We Do In The Dark,” I had read that this book was an even stronger thriller/mystery, so I had high hopes. However, I thought that the former developed more plot twists, intriguing characters, and mystery. While this book had a new (and heavy) plot related to child kidnapping (and how families cope), it was relatively predictable and I didn’t love how there were really only 4 characters in the book… not many suspects to choose from. But I read it in a day and enjoyed it for what it was nonetheless.
