I mostly enjoyed it but the boys were very often too angry at each other and even when they started being together and realized they have feelings, they would jump at each other and be at each other's throats both figuratively and literally and it got a bit repetitive after a while. A solid book but rn I have no real desire to continue. It was hot, though.

Motocross M/M Romance

I really enjoyed reading Maddox and Devon’s love story. It was nice to have an author explore something I haven’t seen very much of in the M/M Romance genre. I have read lots of stories about wealthy/powerful men, and I love them, but this story had a different feeling. It felt, gritty, and honest, and real.

I am a little ashamed to say I understand and feel connected to Maddox and Devon’s aggressive love language. Not the physical violence, but certainly the push/pull of it. I am a pretty fiery person, I’m an Aries IYKYK. I am stubborn, and relentless when I think I am right (I’m usually right).
I need a partner that is up for my nonsense, so I relate very well to these characters in that way.

It was great to see them try and figure out how to exist within each other’s lives not just as rivals but as partners.

The setting of this book- Garron Park itself is almost another character in Maddox and Devon’s story. It plays a huge role in their story and it defines who they are in so many aspects of their lives.

I am excited to jump right into Lot 62 to see what happens next!!

now I want a rival who loves to annoy me obsessively

Great

It's the book I never knew I needed. I don't think I've ever read a book about poor trailer park lovers, who don't want to be millionaire's.

This was really good. It was different from other romances I've read. Usually there's one character who has issues, whether it be family drama, drug use, mental health troubles, etc. and the other character pretty much has their shit together. But both of these guys have troubles. No one is a billionaire, no one is a mafia boss, no one even has a steady job. These are a couple of regular guys living in a trailer park, trying to survive. And it was so refreshing and different. Plus, the steam was HOT. Can't wait to read the next one.
