Really satisfying conclusion to the conflict that was taking shape in the later parts of “Lirael.” Loved this series.

It's actually 3.5 stars, i loved the ending, (mogget/yrael is my favourite!) loved the epilogue with Nick and the dog and love all the scenes when liraeal goes into death, but i think the rest of the book was not as interesting. I loved Lirael and Sam's character growth though in this book, especailly Sam x

Some writers have no concept of appropriate cost, assigning too little or too much. Garth Nix is NOT one of those writers.
