if you've read other books on menopause, I'm not sure this will offer you anything particularly new. for me the most valuable parts of this book were that it is easy to navigate through the book to find your symptoms and the accompanying recommendations. I also like that there were more resources given here to set people up to have good conversations with their doctors and let people know what good looks like when it comes to menopause care.

This book is the bomb! Not only have I read it, I've been lending it out to my friends like a resource library. I praise Dr. Mary Claire Haver to the skies, because this lady always brings her receipts. I waited with anticipation for this book to release and I was blown away by how easy to read and well-organized it is. If you want to learn more about your changing older body, this is a great book. If you have a bunch of symptoms and you just want to look up research based ways in which you can ease your discomfort, this is a great resource. I highly recommend it for someone who wants to know more about perimenopause, but doesn't know where to start.
