Helpful and informative. If I were going to read it again, I would only read the paper version. Due to the

I really like Dr Haver and have found her social media posts and podcast episodes to be really informative, accessible and dynamic. I appreciate all of this information in a  book, but the rating is for the book and audiobook specifically; it was read really stiffly and the book felt a little like the fine print on medication mixed with commercials for her products but also trying to occasionally be conversational. So it didn’t seem to land as textbook, conversational or in between.

For example, Emily Oster is someone who clearly is knowledgeable and has research gravitas but also stylistically forges everything into a cohesive format that reads as a book.
